That Special Issue has about 45 papers of varying lengths covering a wide range of issues related to arbitrator conflicts of interest. In addition, Ken Reisenfeld wrote a paper for Transnational Dispute Management in early May reporting about the rejection of the proposed disclosure guidelines by the ABA DR Section Council.
