		<description>To Tatiana,

Sophie Nappert edited a special issue on Arbitrator Bias for Transnational Dispute Management (www.transnational-dispute-management.com)(Volume 5, Issue #04 - July 2008). That Special Issue has about 45 papers of varying lengths covering a wide range of issues related to arbitrator conflicts of interest. In addition, Ken Reisenfeld wrote a paper for Transnational Dispute Management in early May reporting about the rejection of the proposed disclosure guidelines by the ABA DR Section Council.

To Chris Gibson,

As per our discussion, thanks for the guidance and for following up on this issue.

Regards,
