The arbitrator told me to hole my evidence until the hearing, and prior to any hearing or accepting evidence, ruled for the defendant, and stated that the deposition laid out the case. The depoosition was comprised of questions from one side only similar to "did you stop beating your wife". I lost my entire savings, my business, and more. Justice never entered the picture.
